CANCELLATION POLICY
Every appointment is specially reserved for you! As a courtesy to our team, and other guests, we kindly request 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Not giving the proper notice may result in paying 50% of the service to reschedule future appointments. No shows pay in full before scheduling any further appointments. If you are sick, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
ADJUSTMENTS
We strive to provide the best service possible and want all our clients to be happy. If any adjustments need to be made to your hair, please contact us within seven days of your service. We will do our best to accommodate your request and get you back in with your stylist in a reasonable time frame.
