Cancellation Policy
Every appointment is specially reserved for you! As a courtesy to our team, and other guests, we kindly request 24-48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Not giving the proper notice will result in paying 50% of the service to reschedule future appointments. No shows pay in full before scheduling any further appointments. If you are sick, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
New Colour Guest Reservations:
For any new colour guests booking services of 3hrs+ we require a $100 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service. Please note, deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for missed appointments, as a courtesy to our stylists. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of other guests.
