Policies

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to fill the appointment slot with another client. If you do not give 24 hours, you will be required to pay 50% of the service to reschedule future appointments. If you are sick, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

No-show appointments are required to pay in full before scheduling any further appointments.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation fee will be considered.

 

Adjustments

 

We strive to provide the best service possible and want all our clients to be happy. If any adjustments need to be made to your hair, please contact us within seven days of your service. We will do our best to accommodate your request and get you back in with your stylist in a reasonable time frame.
