We'd like to share a list of our salon protocol to ensure everyone's health and safety in our space.
We have installed new plexiglass for added safety.
All staff self assess before every shift.
Masks are required to be worn by guests and staff. Please bring one, if you do not have a mask we can provide one.
If you or any of your household members are sick and experiencing COVID-19 symptoms you must reschedule.
If you or any of your household members have travelled outside of Canada within 14 days you must reschedule.
Please come to your appointment alone (exceptions can be made for those needing assistance).
Hand sanitizer will be provided upon arrival at the front end.
We are sorry, at this time we are not offering esthetics services.
We have eliminated our waiting room to reduce the number of guests.
Please arrive on-time, and remain outside until your scheduled appointment time. Feel free to call/check-in if you're early and we will call you or wave you in when we are ready.
Sorry, no exchanges or returns on products at this time.
Regular cleaning & sanitization of retail & salon area. Please let your stylist know if you are requiring any hair products and we will grab them for you.
We are limiting our number of guests to adhere to physical distancing (2m/6ft).
Stylists will provide a clean work station to every guest and ensure they practice proper sanitization of equipment.
Station & sink disinfecting between each guest.
A fresh cape will be provided for each guest.
Hand washing between each guest.
